We left Boston at 1pm yesterday and arrived in Ho Chi Minh City at 10:00pm (Vietnam time) after customs, luggage and a lovely ride to the hotel and check-in, it is now 11:30pm. We leave the hotel at 7am to meet with Mrs. Binh at the airport for a trip to a fish hatchery in another province. I will right much more and include photos tomorrow. Until then, những giấc mơ ngọt ngào.

I'm glad you both made it safely. I'm looking forward to seeing a shrimp operation up close.
ReplyDeleteIt is incredible to see what they are doing here. I was really surprised to see grape production and rice paddies in the dry zones. They pump in sea water, often from a long distance to give the rice the water it needs to grow. It is startling to see large fields of green among the arid landscape.
